Workout plan for extra fat loss!?
I realy need an effective workout that does not take up a lot of time, space and i cant go outside! a layout for a quick workout would be great! im not looking for major weight loss, but to just burn off a little fat from my hips! and if you would add some health tips that would be great!
Easy answer is calories in<Calories out. Now the over looked part to a weight training routine is making your body burn more calories, not consuming less calories.

I have been working out for the last 5 weeks at my gym on a regimen of 2 days weight and 3 days cardio. I have lost no weight, but instead gained 4 pounds. However, my body fat has dropped from 31.6 down to 28.5 during this time. Is this healty to lose that fast and should I expect to see more loss if I keep it up?
You are losing fat and building muscle, which ultimately should help rev up your metabolism and help you lose more fat. A slight weight gain isn’t bad, because muscle weighs more than fat, but you don’t want to keep going in that direction. Keep up the exercise, but make sure to watch your diet too. To lose weight, you will need to burn off more calories than you consume.

That question is way too broad to answer.
It all depends on what your goals are. And as for this other person telling you how many calories to eat, that is ridiculous. It is impossible to make a correct calculation of how many calories you should eat without knowing how much you weigh, how tall you are and what your current body fat is.
If you eat clean, and exercise regularly you will lose weight. Like I said, it all depends on what you want to achieve.
