For 12 weeks, the first group ate three 6-ounce servings of fat-free yogurt providing about 1,100 milligrams of calcium per day; the other group ate only one serving of dairy providing 400-500 milligrams of calcium per day. Both groups ate a controlled diet that contained 500 fewer calories than normal to stimulate weight loss.

None of those products! After you stop taking them you will blow up bigger then before. The companies want you to buy their product forever! Don’t do that to yourself. Yoga! Jogging! That stuff works and lasts!

Replace one meal–preferrably breakfast with 1 32oz plain, low fat Activia yogurt every day–you’ll be amazed how fast you will lose weigt. First of all, the yogurt will make your bowels move like crazy until all the excess weight is out, secondly, it will burn your belly fat. I have lost 32 lbs in 3 months, that’s an average of almost 11 lb per month……no chemicals with side effects needed.
Eating a lowfat plain yogurt will, at least in the beginning, taste weird–but you can always put splenda or equal into it to sweeten it. It will always keep you feeling full until lunch time. I ended up eating only 2 meals instead of 3, by now I love the taste of the yogurt and make it myself, and it is a fantastic way to maintain the weight loss–not to talk about the health benefits of the probiotics in yogurt. If you want a cheaper option, go to ALDI and get you their plain lowfat or non fat yogurt, but make sure that it says "active and live cultures" on the label(it’s often listed where the ingredients are listed). ALDI sells their 32.oz of plain yogurt for 1.59$, and it works great too.
