Does anything smell better than an apple pie baking in the oven? Lauren Chattman from Pillsbury shows how to make the perfect apple pie. It’s so good you don’t even need the ice cream (but we’ll understand if you have some anyway).
Recipe: How to make apple pie
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Roll one refrigerated pie crust into a 9 inch glass pie plate.
2. Mix 6 cups of thinly sliced apples, preferably a firm variety like Granny Smith, 3/4 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, a tablespoon of lemon juice, 3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg, and 1/4 of a teaspoon of salt. Pour entire mixture into the pie shell.
3. Take the second pie crust and roll it right on top of the apples. There should be a little bit of the pie crust hanging over the pie plate. Tuck the edges under for a thick crust.

Chocolate chip cookie dough, nuts, marshmallows-they’re all our favorite food groups. And if you put them together and bake them in a pizza pan, you just may have the perfect dessert. Pillsbury’s Lauren Chattman whips up a rocky road cookie pizza that’s fun and delicious, any way you slice it.
Recipe: How to make a rocky road cookie pizza
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease 12-inch pizza pan with shortening or cooking spray. In pan, break up cookie dough. With floured fingers, press dough evenly in bottom of pan to form crust.
3. Bake 12 to 17 minutes or until light golden brown
4. Sprinkle marshmallows, peanuts and chocolate chips evenly over crust. Drizzle with caramel topping.
5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until topping is melted. Cool completely, about 1 hour 15 minutes. Cut into wedges.
Pillsbury’s rocky road cookie recipe makes 16 servings.

This gorgeous chocolate pecan pie will be the perfect dessert to finish off any dinner with a flair. Lauren Chattman from Pillsbury shows how to make this extra special chocolate pecan pie.
Recipe: How to make chocolate pecan pie
1. Heat oven to 325°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch pie pan as directed on package for one-crust filled pie.
2. Tuck the edge of the crust underneath all the way around. Use a fork to make a herringbone design in the crust. Do this by pressing the fork into the crust at adjacent diagonals all the way around.
3. In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs; beat well. Reserve 2 tablespoons chocolate chips for topping. Stir in remaining chocolate chips and 1 1/2 cups pecans. Spread evenly in crust-lined pan.
4. Bake at 325°F. for 55 to 60 minutes or until deep golden brown and filling is set.

Recipe: How to make easy chicken pot pie
1. Heat oven to 425°F. Fit pie crust into 9-inch glass pie plate.
2. In 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk, cooking and stirring until bubbly and thickened. Stir in chicken and thawed mixed vegetables. Remove from heat. Spoon chicken mixture into crust-lined pie plate.
4. Top with second crust; seal edge and flute. Cut slits in several places in top crust.
