i’m 13 and need help with weight loss?
i’m a girl and need to lose as much weigth as possible…i’m 5′4 and 157 lb. i know i’m really really fat…i don’t look that bad though i just look thick all of my friends have guessed and think i’m 125 or somethin like that…i know strange…wlel anyways i have been unhappy about my body for a long time and i want to lose some weight…i’m absolutely miserable with my body my momn has been on the fat smash diet by dr. ian…it’s the diet the celebrities go on …on celebrity fit club and there is 4 phases and the first 9 days she went on the detoxification where she only ate fruits and vegteables. i was on it with her but i gave up because i started to feel really sick so i started eating normal again but i waish i would of kept up with it because my mom lost 6 pounds in 5 days!!
please helpp….and don’t tell me how fat i am because i already know that i just need help.
Well the best thing to do is to play sports. Half an hour everyday of sporting can reduce weights. Or you can go on a diet. Well i suggest that playing sports is a good way. Good luck with it!

Hey.
Stop calling yourself fat, that isn’t helping anything.
First, cut out the junk food if your eating large amounts. Eat healthy and drink plenty of water, never starve yourself. You can have sweets once and a while. Ask your mom to help you find an exercise routine you can do together. Get your friends outside for a game of basketball or baseball, etc. Go for walks and try to have fun. Don’t worry so much your only 13.
Just be active and eat healthier. You will see results.

How about if you drink sodas each day, try to make at least 1 a water or juice. You can slowly progress on that. Reduce on fast food. If you have pets, you can walk with them or make a game out of exercises.

At age 13 many girls have some weight to lose. Good for you for taking the steps to lose weight. try cutting out carbs and sugars to start. If you are not exercising do that too. I admire you and hope that losing some weight will make you feel better about yourself. Good luck

well your probably about to go through puberty and grow a lot that will help. I’m 14 and 150 and im really athletic all you need to do is get involved and especially going through puberty work out and when you grow youll thin up a lot get into some conditioning cardiocascular excersize classes. i used to be 55 150 and i havent gained but like 3 pounds in three years just eat a little more healthy maybee and just work hard and keep at it push yourself. when youve had enough just keep pushing youll thank yourself later

ok, let’s get this straight, if you truly want to lose weight, lots of dedication needed. your diet is very important. you should drink lots of water at least 8 glasses of water a day. water proven to help lose the excess fat. 2nd you should try to include fruits and vegetable in your meal. avoid fast food, because has trans fat, which is really bad for your heart. 3rd your are pretty young still, so i assume you got lots of time. do some easy exercise. like walk to park, if you gota dog, that would be very nice. walk about 30mins, remember to drink lots of water. remember dedication and determination will get you through. you should play outside more and avoid sitting around at home. try to walk a lot. try to play sports. its fun. remember you have to make this a lifestyle or else it wont work. i think that should do it. determination and dedication will take you through. good luck

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you’re full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
